Description
Tells the story of Bella Swan, a teenager who moves to the perpetually rainy town of Forks, Washington and falls in love with Edward Cullen, a mysterious and alluring vampire. Their forbidden romance blossoms amidst danger as Bella learns about Edward’s true nature and the existence of other vampires, including those who hunt humans. Edward and his family, who are “vegetarian” vampires (consuming only animal blood), try to protect Bella from a tracker vampire named James, who is drawn to her scent. The story culminates in a confrontation where Edward and his family save Bella from James, who nearly kills her.
