Description
Set in a tight-knit small town in southern Georgia, the story begins when gunshots ring out at 1601 Iris Drive. Allison Vickery, a former cop turned private investigator, is found murdered in her kitchen, while her teenage daughter is left bleeding upstairs and barely clinging to life. At first glance, the community assumes it is a tragic case of domestic violence or a home invasion gone wrong by Allison’s violent husband. Acting Sheriff Emmy Clifton and her estranged sister, Jude Archer—a former legendary FBI profiler who returned home after a 40-year absence—must team up to investigate the brutal crime.
